We're hiring for the below role : SUPPLIER RELATIONS - TMT

Recykal seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Supplier Relation to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of the ferrous and non-ferrous metals market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong network of suppliers and vendors in the scrap industry.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, including their financial stability, reliability, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and ethical standards in the procurement process.
• Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers related to quality, delivery, or contractual

obligations.

• Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply-demand dynamics to optimize
• sourcing strategies and mitigate risks.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in scrap sourcing and

procurement.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreement with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness

and favorable terms.

Skills Required:

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Build good rapport with the suppliers
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech or MBA/PG having 3 + years of experience in capex/opex/raw material sourcing
• Strong understanding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including properties, applications, and

industry standards.

• Good to have knowledge in understanding of different scrap grades, market pricing, and quality

standards.
