Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst eSourcing Support!

Shift Timing - Night Shift (8:00 pm to 5:00 am)

As a sourcing buyer you will manage the end-to-end sourcing activities on procurement ERPs as per the laid down processes and instructions from Global buyers. Knowledge of sourcing tools is crucial and also a flair to learn new sourcing tools would be key for success of this role.

Responsibilities

The person should have a good know how on e2e sourcing projects, esp large / strategic projects.
Knowledge on procuring goods and services, obtain quotation, develop proposals and ensuring adherence to the laid down process.
Good understanding and experience of RFP / RFX / RFQ is required to be managed via formal ERP / procurement tool-based sourcing.
Conceptual and hands on understanding of creating and driving eAuction is mandatory.
Understanding on upstream and downstream sourcing process, namely S2P and P2P process.
Manage transactional buying desk activities and support wider category management including knowledge of raising purchase orders
Quotation analysis and recommendations, consideration suitability/reliability of suppliers to meet operational requirements and as per Client Procurement Policy/Sourcing guidelines
Obtain approval from Client Category Manager on finalized projects
Support Drafting of Contract as Client and Senior Buyer instructions
Record Savings in the Client Savings Data Base
Engagement with operational teams to review pipeline and track savings opportunities
Work closely with category managers and business units to establish and deliver procurement requirements, strategic benefits and compliance to existing procurement contracts
Should be able to effectively manage internal / external customers & stake holders
Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned
Act as a single point of contact to the client on RFPs and maintain good relations.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Relevant experience of operational sourcing (indirect) and tactical buying.
Hands on experience on Zycus (preference) / Coupa, Ariba or similar systems for procurement / CRM tools
Experience on any AI based in take / orchestration tool (e.g. ORO, Avammo, etc.) will be beneficial.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Green belt / Black belt / certified lean professional will be preferred.
Any sourcing / project management certification / course will be a preference.
US / UK sourcing experience will be preferred.
Education Min graduate in any stream. Any Master degree would be preferred. Any tech qualification would be preferred.
