Were looking for a Procurement Buyer to manage sourcing and supplier activities across professional services such as HR, marketing, consulting, legal, and training. This role focuses on driving value through structured sourcing, strong supplier partnerships, and close collaboration with business teams.
You’ll lead RFx events, negotiations, and contract execution, identify cost and efficiency opportunities, and ensure suppliers meet performance and compliance expectations. The role also involves spend analysis, savings tracking, and using market insights to support smart sourcing decisions.
The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, exposure to professional services categories, strong stakeholder and negotiation skills, and hands-on experience with e-sourcing tools like Coupa or SAP Ariba. An MBA or relevant degree is preferred.
