• Maintain weekly Supplier Quality data reports in SharePoint
• Create and maintain Supplier Quality reports (monthly KPI bowler, quarterly PO/QSL report, etc.)
• Monitor supplier certificate expiration dates and obtain updated certificates for upload into the quality system
• Log and communicate supplier change requests into designated trackers
• Support the Global Supplier Quality team with data maintenance and project reporting as needed
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in Quality within Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or similar industries
• Experience maintaining supplier qualification documentation within GxP systems
• Skilled in creating and maintaining data reports for Supplier Quality
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree required
