1.Establishment, Maintenance and continual improvement of IMS (Integrated Management System) in line with ISO9001:2015, FSSC 22000: 2018 across the plant. 2.Imparting training related to IMS requirements to plant team and evaluate effectiveness of training. 3.To ensure that the site SOP on respective QMS tools follows while execution and review 4.Ensure update of FSMS tracker as per defined frequency, report the outages and review in MRM. 5.Development of IMS second line to ensure regular reviews and compliance. 6.Periodic review of effectiveness of applicable standards, customer requirements and statutory and regulatory requirements. 7.Development and implement robust contamination prevention program. 8.Implement robust Pest Control Management 9.Control of documents through QDMS (Quality Document Management System) tool. 10.Master list management & control of distributed hard copies of SOPs. 11.Organise SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) deployment. 12.Organising review of records for correctness and completeness on daily basis through document controller. 13.Helping team to close the gaps in line with GDP and data integrity requirements in records 14.Ensure ALCOA practices are in place in the plant. 15.Finalize MRM (Management Review Meeting) calendar, organize MRM, capture action points, and coordinate with respective process owners to close the actions. 16.Circulate MRM points to the stake holders. 17.Participate in periodic review by Regional Quality. 18.Ensure on time update and closure of actionable points. 19.Periodic review of effectiveness of the actions taken and update. 20.On time response to customer on complaint actions. Qualifications / Experience: 8-10 years of relevant work experience Candidate with B.E/B. Tech/Diploma preferred.
