RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Develops and executes a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives in Electronic Control Systems, HVAC&R, and Process Control Instrumentation. 2. Establishes and maintains quality standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations specific to each business segment. 3. Continuously evaluates and improves quality processes and methodologies in the context of each product line. 4. Implements and maintains an effective Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to monitor and control quality for Electronic Control Systems, HVAC&R, and Process Control Instrumentation. 5. Oversees internal audits and quality assessments in each segment to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions. 6. Ensures all departments adhere to QMS processes and procedures related to their respective product lines. 7. Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and report on quality performance for each product line. 8. Analyses and reports on quality data for Electronic Control Systems, HVAC&R, and Process Control Instrumentation, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 9. Prepares and presents regular quality reports to the executive team, segmenting data by business area. 10. Collaborates with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure supplier quality and performance meet company standards in each business segment. 11. Evaluates and manages supplier quality agreements and performance metrics, addressing the specific requirements. 12. Conducts supplier audits and quality assessments for products within each segment as needed. 13. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics), or a related field A minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, with a proven track record of leadership in quality roles within the Electronic Control Systems, HVAC&R, and Process Control Instrumentation domains.

rocess-relatedRole & responsibilities The Supplier Quality Chemicals is responsible for ensuring all raw material and chemical suppliers meet company quality, safety, and regulatory standards incl REACh etc.. This includes qualifying new suppliers, routine supplier assessment, monitoring ongoing supplier performance. Addressing quality issues i.e. CAPA / NCR Closure, Ensuring sign-off of Supplier Quality Service Agreement and developing long-term supplier improvement plans in alignment with product stewardship. Sustainability, and compliance frameworks, Including representing various ISOs and other procurement process related internal and External Audits and subsequently working on closure of related audit points. This position will also be custodian of Procurement SOPs and time to time updating the same in line with improvement plans. Evaluate and qualify new suppliers of raw materials, solvents, intermediates, catalysts, and packaging including toll producer / contract manufacturer. Conduct supplier audits focusing on production, QC, HSE, ESG and documentation controls. Ensure suppliers comply with internal standards and regulatory norms like BIS, FDA, EU/US chemical regulations. Collaborate with QC, R&D, ESG, and plant teams to define incoming inspection plans for high-risk chemicals and specialty additives. Identify and resolve quality issues with incoming materials and components, working with Confidential suppliers and cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. Key Skills & Competencies: Deep knowledge of specialty and industrial chemicals, regulatory documentation and supplier quality frameworks.
