Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead supplier development initiatives across critical component categories
Ensure compliance with
IATF 16949
and core
AIAG quality tools
APQP, PPAP
Conduct and manage
vendor audits
to ensure supplier capability and process stability
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems using data-driven root cause analysis (RCA),
CAPA
, and preventive action
Drive technical excellence in manufacturing processes and supplier performance improvement

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of
quality systems
and automotive standards
Proven ability in
supplier evaluation and onboarding
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving techniques
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
Engineering degree preferred
