You have an opportunity to:

As our new Procurement Analyst within the Finance Controlling Center of Excellence, you will play

a key role in supporting the Procurement Controlling agenda, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and

performance visibility across all Procurement cost areas, covering both Direct and Indirect Spend.

You will be responsible for the planning, reporting, and analysis of Procurement-related financials,

partnering closely with Procurement Managers, Finance Business Partners, and Operations teams

to drive informed business decisions and continuous improvement within the Finance Operations

organization.

In addition, you will actively participate in process improvement and automation initiatives, aiming to

enhance reporting efficiency and provide greater transparency to the business through data-driven

insights and standardized solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the month-end closing processes for Procurement, ensuring accurate and timely financial

reporting in close coordination with Finance Operations.

• Provide meaningful analysis of Procurement financial performance, identifying key drivers and

root causes behind variances versus plan, forecast, and prior periods.

• Support the financial planning and performance management for Procurement, ensuring

alignment with strategic priorities.

• Maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency of Procurement financial data across systems

(SAP, Databricks, Power BI).

• Ensure the timely update and integrity of Purchase Info Records (PIR), escalating and

coordinating with Procurement and Master Data teams to ensure correct costing and accounting

reflection in financial systems.

• Calculate, monitor, and validate Procurement savings against global targets, ensuring proper

visibility in the P&L and driving automation and reporting improvements.

• Build and maintain a strong collaboration network with Procurement Managers, Finance Business

Partners, and colleagues across Markets, Businesses, and Finance domains.

• Develop and enhance dashboards and analytical tools to improve transparency, efficiency, and

reporting automation within Procurement Controlling.

• Support standardization and continuous improvement initiatives within the Controlling CoE,

leveraging automation and best-practice sharing.

• Respond to Procurement-related queries and provide ad-hoc analysis to support Procurement and

Finance leadership.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration, with a Master’s degree or

MBA preferred.

• Around 10 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, procurement finance,

management reporting, or business analysis in an international organization.

• Strong experience in procurement processes, FP&A activities, cost control, and savings tracking.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
• Experience in Business Performance Management and interpreting complex data to generate

insights.

• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in solving complex business challenges.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, delivering consistent results.
• Strong skills in Excel (Macros, Power Query), SAP, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Experience with

Databricks and SQL is a plus.

• Understanding of LEAN principles and a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Excellent English communication skills.
