This position will report to the P&O Operations Lead of P&O Asia Pacific & Middle East Region. This includes creation, and update of all employees’ personal data and organization data across P&O tools and systems. You will also support in hiring, onboarding, and offboarding operations across P&O tools and systems. You will be responsible for data accuracy and maintenance as defined in the SOPs. You will be responsible for processing, providing and archiving all documentation pertaining to employee and organization requirements within defined SLAs. You will also be expected to prepare and deliver monthly/ quarterly/ yearly people dashboards, and other reports required for management reviews. You will be responsible for resolving queries and questions of employees through a ticketing system, within defined SLAs ensuring employee experience at the core. You will also be involved in responding and resolving employee grievances. You will support P&O business partners for country payroll requirements, employee engagement initiatives and policy refresher sessions for employees across the region. You will support P&O business partners for any compliance and audit related requirements as might be required from time to time. You will be accountable for working in a highly data sensitive environment, responsible for protecting Data Privacy and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies. Your profile. Graduate with 2–3 years of relevant experience in similar roles. Excellent command over English—both spoken and written. The Buyer is responsible for crafting purchase orders, accurately selecting the associated drawings & quotes, and closely supervising those orders through to receipt. Location- Navi Mumbai - Pawne Responsibilities: Process MRP demands and generate purchase orders daily via the SAP workbench. Develop domestic and global supplier relationships and maintain frequent communication. Work with suppliers and transportation carriers to expedite and confirm ship dates and determine arrival times, ensuring updated information is communicated across the company. Coordinate with 3rd party international import brokers to ensure timely delivery. Supervise supplier open order reports to meet requirements. Process ECR’s (Engineering Change Orders) according to instructions provided by Engineering and communicate changes to suppliers. Coordinate with shipping personnel in arranging pick-up of materials to be supplied to outside contractors. Provide reason codes for late orders used for departmental KPI’s. Attend daily GEMBA meetings to understand any parts that require purchasing related tasks. Communicate purchased parts non-conformances to suppliers and negotiate credit. Resolve 3-way invoices that do not match. Source previously approved suppliers for new but similar parts within the commodity responsibility. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience of 4 year plus Must have SAP MM experience as well as Excel proficiency Negotiation skills Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work with personnel at all levels of the organization. Be able to multi-task, prioritize and handle a full workload Good problem- solving skills. Testing & Manufacturing Professional - VFD Product Medium Voltage VFD panel. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Diploma in Electrical, Electrical & Powers System with minimum 2 years of experience in the field of electrical panel testing, inspection. 1) Execute customer inspections independently which includes conducting test, doing test documentation, analyze results, resolve customer queries & conclude inspection through formal Minutes of Meetings. 2) Need to be conversant with testing of VFD panels & procedures. In case of any query from customer pertaining to calculation/test procedure, explain the same to customers. 3) Connection of VFD panel at test filed. Both power & control cable connections. Internal testing of VFD panel. 4) Shall be able to do control wiring modifications in panel control section. 5) Execute the testing, maintenance activity following all safety procedures & strict adherence to EHS Guidelines. 6) Should be familiar with 5S & implement improvement measures in own area 7) Should be able to perform routine & type test of VFD panel – Function test, Full load test, temperature rise test etc. 8) Contributes to development and adoption of appropriate Quality procedures in case of new product development 9) Candidate should have basis knowledge in the area of calibration of instrument. 10) Knowledge in the area of drive, VCB, PLC maintenance & trouble shooting will be added advantage. 11) Candidate should have good communication skills as this position will be directly interacting with customer. 12) Candidate should have good interpersonal skills & good team player.
