Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai

Area Cover - Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli and Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while increasing market share in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
Identify and onboard new channel partners to strengthen market penetration.
Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new business opportunities.
Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and retail visibility initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Prepare and share regular sales performance reports and market feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
3-7 years in
consumer durables, small domestic appliances
Proven experience in distributor and retail channel management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and
CRM tools

Willingness to travel across the
Mumbai region
.
