Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Based on new product requirements from marketing identify, evaluate and finalize third parties for new products bases on quality, cost and regulatory compliances.
Arranging tech pack documents, samples as per quality requirement & product check list from third party.
Initiation of supply agreement. Execution of supply agreement with help of legal team.
Supply planning sharing production plan with third party and coordinate for smooth delivery of material.
Alternate vendor development for existing products, coordinate with vendors for samples and cost sheets and documents.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders/ departments i.e. QA, QC, packaging development dept, Costing, Finance, Logistics, Purchase , distribution , warehouse team .Legal for smooth launches of New product & supply of existing products.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3-5 years
in
finished goods procurement.
Hands-on experience in
supply planning and vendor coordination
