Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for all fabrication processes
Conduct regular daily inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address quality issues
Conduct supplier audits and evaluations of incoming goods to ensure compliance with quality standards
Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve performance
Analyse data from quality inspections and audits to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
Participate in process improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma projects
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans
Prepare regular reports on quality performance metrics for management review
