🎯 Role Overview The Campus Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all non-academic operations of the school and hostel. This includes supervision of cooks, maids, security staff, drivers, maintenance workers, and hostel operations. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, disciplined, and capable of leading a support team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe functioning of the campus. 💼 Key Responsibilities🧑‍🏫 Staff Supervision & Coordination Supervise and manage all non-teaching staff — cooks, cleaners, maids, drivers, security guards, and hostel attendants. Ensure that all team members follow their daily duty schedules and discipline. Maintain an attendance and performance record of all subordinate staff. Assign tasks and monitor work quality, cleanliness, and punctuality. Conduct daily briefings and weekly reviews with the support team. Take initiative to recruit, train, and orient new staff in coordination with the Principal. 🏠 Hostel & Campus Management Oversee hostel maintenance, student discipline, and hygiene. Ensure proper functioning of housekeeping, laundry, and dining services. Coordinate with the warden for student safety, security, and well-being. Monitor availability of daily supplies (gas, groceries, cleaning items, etc.). 🚌 Transport & Logistics Supervise school buses and drivers – ensure timely routes, vehicle cleanliness, and log maintenance. Coordinate with transport vendors for repairs, fuel, and documentation (insurance, permits). Manage van and route schedules efficiently. 🔒 Security & Safety Oversee campus security operations and ensure 24x7 vigilance. Maintain entry/exit records and visitor logs. Ensure compliance with all safety standards (fire safety, first aid, emergency readiness). 🧾 Administration & Reporting Report daily campus activities, incidents, and issues to the Principal/management. Maintain registers for cleaning schedules, maintenance, and duty rosters. Coordinate with accounts for staff payments and material purchases. Support in event arrangements, inspections, and external visits. 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Administration or Hospitality (preferred). 5+ years of experience in school / hostel / institutional operations. Proven leadership and team management ability. Good communication skills (Kannada, Hindi, English). Basic knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management. Physically active, responsible, and able to work flexible hours.
