The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating events, managing bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing financial transactions related to wedding loans. Key Responsibilities:✅ Banquet & Event Management Handle inquiries, bookings, and client coordination for weddings and events Ensure smooth execution of events, including setup, catering, and guest management Coordinate with vendors, decorators, and caterers for seamless event execution Supervise banquet staff and assign duties ✅ Wedding Loan Assistance Guide clients through wedding loan application processes Collaborate with financial institutions to facilitate loan approvals Maintain accurate records of loan applications and approvals ✅ Customer Service & Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and guests Address customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and hospitality ✅ Operational & Administrative Duties Maintain banquet hall inventory, including furniture, décor, and supplies Monitor event budgets and expenses Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and operational standards
