📢 We’re Hiring: Residential Physical EducatorsLocation: Sterling English Residential School, Near Bangalore Airport Type: Full-time, Residential (Accommodation + Meals Provided) 🏃‍♂️ Job Role & Responsibilities:Live on campus and reside in the hostel with students. Supervise students during hostel hours, night duties, and sports periods. Plan and conduct daily physical training sessions, games, and sports activities for all grades. Organize morning drills, evening games, and inter-house competitions. Maintain discipline in the hostel and ensure timely routines (wake-up, meals, study, sleep). Identify and train students for intra-school and inter-school competitions. Monitor student fitness, hygiene, and participation. Coordinate with school management regarding sports equipment and maintenance. Act as a mentor and guide to hostel students. ✅ Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or equivalent Prior experience in school/hostel setup preferred Passionate about student development through sports Good communication, leadership, and discipline-management skills Willingness to stay on campus full-time
