Supervisor/Incharge

The Car Washing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily car washing operations, managing a team of car washers, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the work environment. This role also involves interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints or feedback. Key Responsibilities: • Team Management: Supervise a team of car washers, ensuring they perform their duties according to company standards. Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of car wash services. • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on each vehicle washed to ensure that all services meet or exceed the company’s cleanliness and quality standards. • Training & Development: Train new hires and provide ongoing training to existing staff on proper car washing techniques, safety procedures, and customer service. • Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Ensure that every customer is satisfied with the service provided. • Inventory Management: Ensure that all cleaning products, tools, and equipment are stocked, well-maintained, and ready for use. Order additional supplies when needed. • Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all car washing procedures comply with safety guidelines, environmental regulations, and company policies. Monitor employees for safe operation of equipment and handling of chemicals. • Maintenance: Ensure all car washing equipment (e.g., pressure washers, vacuums, etc.) is in good working condition. Schedule repairs or replacements when needed. • Scheduling & Staffing: Manage daily staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, including peak hours. Handle staff leave requests and time-off management. • Performance Monitoring: Track the performance and productivity of the car washing team. Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions if necessary. • Sales & Upselling: Promote additional services or upgrades (e.g., waxing, detailing) to customers and encourage the team to do the same. Meet sales targets set by the company. • Reporting: Maintain reports on daily operations, including the number of cars washed, team performance, customer feedback, and inventory usage. Report any issues to the Operations Manager.
