Job Description: Front Desk Manager cum Sales Manager We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Manager cum Sales Manager to oversee front office operations while driving sales initiatives. This dual-role position requires an indvidual who is customer-focused, organized, and goal-oriented. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Supervise and manage front desk staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Greet and assist guests and clients with a high level of professionalism and hospitality. Handle reservations, walk-ins, and customer inquiries efficiently. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized reception area. Manage administrative duties including phone/email communication, filing, and daily reporting. Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet business targets. Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Track sales performance and generate periodic sales reports. Requirements: Proven experience in front desk operations and sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
