Job Description

1. Job Overview

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth, lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue targets. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
  • Manage and guide the sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with clients.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns, digital marketing, events, and product launches.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, brochures, website, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with the design and advertising teams for marketing collaterals.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and track feedback.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales & marketing team.
  • Excellent negotiation and client handling skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.

  • Good understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
