Job Description

The Car Showroom Supervisor oversees daily showroom operations, ensures an exceptional customer experience, and manages the sales team to achieve business goals. This role requires strong leadership, product knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between customers, sales staff, and management. Key Responsibilities 1.Showroom Operations Oversee day-to-day operations of the car showroom. Maintain cleanliness, display standards, and overall showroom appearance. Ensure vehicles are properly displayed, updated, and ready for customer viewing. Coordinate with service and logistics teams for vehicle availability and delivery. 2.Sales & Customer Service Supervise and support the sales team to meet monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally. Assist customers with product information, test drives, and purchase processes. Monitor lead management, follow-ups, and CRM updates. 3.Team Management Train, motivate, and mentor sales staff. Allocate tasks, schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies. Conduct daily briefings and performance evaluations. 4.Reporting & Coordination Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management. Track showroom performance, customer footfall, and conversion rates. Coordinate with marketing for promotions, events, and campaigns. 5.Inventory & Documentation Monitor vehicle inventory, accessories, and promotional materials. Verify accuracy of sales documents, KYC, payments, and delivery records. Ensure compliance with company standards and audit requirements.
