Job Description

As a Supervisor, People Experience (Restaurant Digital Engagement) at McDonald's India Global Business Services Office in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in supporting the deployment and execution of change management strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the successful adoption of new employee engagement and experience platforms across global restaurant staff. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the creation and enhancement of engagement tools by developing comprehensive documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, data models, and process maps. - Assisting in assessing the effectiveness of existing employee experience tools and recommending enhancements or replacements as necessary. - Managing documentation for restaurant employee engagement tools and ensuring active engagement and awareness of new initiatives. - Coordinating and executing change management strategies to drive the adoption of new engagement platforms, including planning stakeholder meetings and creating project timelines. - Serving as a subject matter expert for employee engagement tools, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). - Experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, or Restaurant Digital Engagement. - Experience working in large, multi-national corporations with a complex structure and diverse cultures. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Knowledge of trends, regulations, and best practices in Restaurant Digital Engagement systems. Ideal candidates will also possess: - Expertise and skills in Restaurant Digital Engagement. - Technical knowledge in employee experience and restaurant digital engagement. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with stakeholders at all levels. - Understanding of HR compliance and data privacy regulations. - Strong business acumen and a willingness to learn new systems and processes. - Positive attitude, self-starter mentality, and strong ability to influence others.
