Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role located in Gandhinagar. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of gardening professionals, ensuring project deadlines are met, coordinating with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring the highest quality of gardening services. Responsibilities will also include training team members, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in garden designing, landscaping, and horticulture
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in gardening
• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscaping, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
