Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to drive day-to-day execution at our [plotted development / villa community / township] site ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and contractor productivity across civil works, roads & drains, utilities, landscaping, and amenities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily work fronts as per drawings, BOQs, and method statements; maintain DPRs (daily progress reports).
• Supervise contractors, masons, bar benders, carpenters, survey teams; plan manpower & material to meet targets.
• Check levels/line/grade, layouts, and shuttering; verify measurements for RA bills and subcontractor billing.
• Conduct QA/QC for concrete, blocks, plaster, roads, kerbs, WMM/WBM/BT, stormwater, water supply, electrification, and landscaping.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer/Manager, PMC, architects, MEP, and procurement on look-ahead schedules.
• Enforce site safety (PPE, barricading, tool box talks), housekeeping, and statutory compliance.
• Material management: issue slips, reconciliation, and stock registers; raise indents proactively.
• Snag/De-snag and handover of completed areas (roads, parks, club amenities, compound wall, culverts, etc.).
• Liaise with local stakeholders and utilities for smooth execution; support inspections by authorities/clients.
• Maintain photographic records, site diaries, and test reports (cube tests, FDT, density, etc.).
