Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Supervisor - Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team at Regenta Place Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and supervision, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate engineering projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans.
Analyze data and reports to optimize engineering processes and improve efficiency.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in engineering supervision or management.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
