Job Description

Role Overview

The Supervisor - Contracts will be responsible for supporting contract administration, billing verification, vendor coordination, and compliance with contractual terms at project sites. This role ensures that all contracts, subcontractor agreements, measurements, and billing activities are executed accurately and in line with company policies, timelines, and legal requirements within the real estate and construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Administration

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contractor and subcontractor agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, scope of work, and timelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation of contracts, work orders, and amendments.

2. Measurement & Billing Verification

  • Verify site measurements jointly with engineers and contractors.
  • Ensure accuracy in quantities, rates, and certifications before submission for approval.

3. Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination

  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for bill submissions and compliance.
  • Ensure submission of required statutory documents, insurance, and labour compliance records.
  • Resolve billing and contractual queries with vendors in coordination with site and accounts teams.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to contractual, statutory, and company compliance requirements.
  • Maintain updated records of contracts, measurements, bills, and approvals.
  • Support audits by providing accurate and timely documentation.

5. Site & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with project, quality, planning, and accounts teams for smooth contract execution.
  • Track progress of contractual deliverables and highlight deviations to management.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and claim validations related to contracts and billing.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, BOQ, and billing procedures
  • Working knowledge of measurements, RA bills, and final bill certification
  • Good documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Coordination and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance , BOCW, Car Policy
  • tention to detail and accuracy


Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma / Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in contracts, billing, or site commercial role
  • Experience in real estate or construction projects preferred
