Job Title

SUP-EM-Maint-SAWHThe Senior Engineer in the Electrical Maintenance department, designated as SUP-EM-Maint-SAWH, is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of electrical systems within the pipe manufacturing industry. This role requires a deep understanding of API and ISO standards, as well as expertise in operation and QA/QC processes specific to the pipe industry. The Senior Engineer will lead with vision, focusing on customer satisfaction and resource management, while encouraging interdependencies among team members. A strong commitment to Quality Health Safety & Environment (QHSE. standards is essential, along with excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. The role demands a process-oriented approach to maintain organizational commitment and achieve operational excellence.

Principal Accountabilities

Lead and manage the electrical maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to industry standardsbr Develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with API and ISO standards for pipe manufacturingbr Area wise performance tracking and attending breakdown callsbr Allocation of activities to technicians and notification of all activities being carried out including breakdown calls and preventive activitiesbr Ensure the continuation of critical activities or breakdowns from previous shifts if anybr Track power demand for generation and consumption to optimize resource utilization and efficiency
