Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    Incumbent shall be responsible for sun simulator calibration up keeping and its performance monitoring and control.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Selection of sample modules for preparation for testing in third party lab. - Ensure proper sun soaking of modules. - Revalidation of sun soaked modules and select the best one among them for third party lab testing. - Proper packaging and send to lab for testing. - Keep all the FTR, EL Images and IVC of selected samples for onwards reference. - Follow-up with the lab for testing of modules. - Post arrivals of modules from lab, retest these modules and analysis the data pre and post. - Select the good one module from that list and create the working bronze module for regular flasher calibration. - Create the individual working bronze module for each flasher. - Regular monitoring of bronze life. - Ensure proper storage of Gold/Bronze reference modules to maintain their life. - Regular monitoring /analysis of flasher verification and calibration data. - Training of FQC shift in-charges for flasher calibration /verification. - Design of module back label as per the requirement and get the approval from the concern stack holders. - Follow-up with OEM for flasher related unresolved issue. - Maintained the flasher verification and calibration data trend by applying 7QC tools. - OJT of QA associates for special case for improvements. - Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.

Technical Competencies


    Knowledge of Sun Simulator ,Quality Tools ,IMS / ISO Documentation,knowledge of calibration process

Qualifications and Experience


    Education - B.TECH. EXPERIENCE - 6-10 Yrs
