Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll implementations and support projects.
Configure, customize, and optimize EC and Payroll functionalities as per business requirements.
Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP HANA and other relevant modules.
Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Handle issue resolution, change requests, and system enhancements.
SAP experience with strong focus on SuccessFactors (Employee Central & Payroll).
Hands-on experience in SAP HANA environments will be preferred.
Proven track record in implementation, rollout, and support projects.
