Employee Central Consultant Listed below are the primary responsibilities of the consultant:At least 7 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central CertifiedHave completed minimum 3 end to end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation , which should include Interaction with the client across multiple countries to gather the business requirements and recommend feasible and effective solutions.Worked on Foundational Objects & Metadata Framework (MDF) configurations.Configured Workflows for different event/event reasons.Worked on Position Management in Employee central.Worked on Role Based permissions (RBP). Good Knowledge on Configuring Employee files and customizing of Employee Central Port lets.Good knowledge in provisioning system. Worked on Pick list management.Worked on data migration to upload employee data & Foundational data.Worked on Propagation and work flows. Worked on business rules for defaulting values, calculate dates, trigger workflows etc.Worked on Absence Management - Time off process.Worked on Standard & Adhoc Reports. Good to have Knowledge in SuccessFactors Activate Methodology.Good to have knowledge in Integration with SuccessFactors ECP and Talent Modules.Good Communication and Presentation Skill 7 Provide Business Consulting for customers on EC Module Provide Training and Training Material BusinessTravel: Project specific travelling is mandatory for all the SAP Consultants.
