Success Factor EC Consultant

As an Employee Central Consultant at NTT DATA Business Solutions, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Possess at least 7 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience and be SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certified - Have successfully completed a minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, involving interaction with clients from multiple countries to gather business requirements and propose effective solutions - Work on Foundational Objects & Metadata Framework (MDF) configurations - Configure workflows for different events/event reasons - Manage Position Management in Employee Central - Implement Role Based permissions (RBP) - Configure Employee files and customize Employee Central Portlets - Demonstrate proficiency in the provisioning system and Picklist management - Perform data migration to upload employee data & Foundational data - Handle Propagation and workflows, as well as business rules for defaulting values, calculating dates, and triggering workflows - Manage Absence Management - Time off process and standard & ad-hoc reports - Possess knowledge of SuccessFactors Activate Methodology and Integration with SuccessFactors ECP and Talent Modules - Provide Business Consulting for customers on EC Module, along with Training and Training Material development Additionally, NTT DATA Business Solutions is a rapidly growing international IT company and a leading SAP partner, offering a full range of services from business consulting to SAP solution implementation, including hosting services and support.
