Job Description

As an Employee Central Consultant, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Have at least 7 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience and be SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certified. - Successfully completed a minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, involving interaction with clients from multiple countries to gather business requirements and recommend effective solutions. - Worked on Foundational Objects & Metadata Framework (MDF) configurations. - Configured workflows for different events/event reasons. - Handled Position Management in Employee central. - Managed Role Based permissions (RBP) and possess good knowledge in configuring Employee files and customizing Employee Central Port lets. - Proficient in the provisioning system and experienced in pick list management. - Conducted data migration to upload employee data & Foundational data. - Implemented Propagation and workflows, and business rules for defaulting values, calculating dates, triggering workflows, etc. - Worked on Absence Management - Time off process, Standard & Adhoc Reports. - Good to have knowledge in SuccessFactors Activate Methodology and Integration with SuccessFactors ECP and Talent Modules. - Provide Business Consulting for customers on EC Module, Training, and Training Material. - Project-specific traveling is mandatory for all SAP Consultants.
