Success Factor EC Consultant

Role Overview: As an Employee Central Consultant with at least 7 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: Key Responsibilities: - Completed minimum 3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, including interaction with clients across multiple countries to gather business requirements and recommend effective solutions. - Work on Foundational Objects & Metadata Framework (MDF) configurations. - Configure workflows for different events/event reasons. - Manage Position Management in Employee Central. - Implement Role Based permissions (RBP) and configure Employee files and customize Employee Central Portlets. - Knowledge in provisioning system and Pick list management. - Handle data migration to upload employee data & Foundational data. - Implement Propagation and workflows, business rules for defaulting values, calculate dates, trigger workflows, etc. - Manage Absence Management - Time off process. - Generate Standard & Adhoc Reports. - Provide Business Consulting for customers on EC Module. - Provide Training and Training Material. Qualifications Required: - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certified. - Good knowledge in SuccessFactors Activate Methodology. - Knowledge in Integration with SuccessFactors ECP and Talent Modules. - Good Communication and Presentation Skills. - Business consulting experience.
