Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Subject Matter Expert located in Mumbai. The Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for providing expert knowledge in their specialized field, offering guidance and support to the team, and ensuring the precision and accuracy of documentation. They will liaise with stakeholders, share insights for process improvement, and assist in the development of educational materials and training sessions.

Qualifications

Expert knowledge in the shipping industry and shipping documentation
Proficiency in advanced technology and online platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct training sessions and develop educational materials
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a similar role within the shipping industry is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in documentation
