As a Branch Manager at ODeX India Solutions Pvt. Ltd in Gandhidham, your role is crucial in expanding the clientele and driving sustainable financial growth through effective sales strategies and strong client relationships. Your responsibilities include: - Delivering product knowledge and benefits to stakeholders to accelerate sales volume. - Building and maintaining business relationships with every client. - Generating new product ideas and enhancements. - Developing and maintaining professional relationships with top and middle management of trade and business associations. - Involving in product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. - Following analytics, systems, and data management capabilities to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. - Assimilating qualitative information to enhance the product and customer service. - Being the voice of the user and passionate about adding value to user experience. - Defining and iterating the product, solving problems, and managing scope to enhance product value. - Logistics workforce management experience would be a plus. - Maintaining project/implementation plans from start to end. - Giving demonstrations and presentations to liners of new modules. - Initiating new modules and expanding the locations of existing modules for liners. Your qualifications for this role include: - 5-7 years of experience in business development and sales. - Graduation or MBA degree. - Very hands-on with a keen eye for detail and ability to present business and technical issues clearly. - Strong communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation formats.
