Role Description

This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Subject Matter Expert located in Pune. The primary responsibilities include creating and delivering high-quality educational content, developing curriculum and training materials, and providing subject-specific expertise to empower individuals. The SME will contribute to skill development programs, support research efforts, and ensure alignment with GTT Foundation’s goals of sustainable development and employability enhancement.

Qualifications

• Strong subject-matter expertise in a relevant field
• Proficiency in developing curriculum, training materials, and innovative learning methodologies
• Experience in mentoring, training, and coaching in a professional or educational setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills combined with attention to detail
• Relevant experience in skill development, vocational training, or capacity-building programs is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
