Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobiliser / Counsellor located in Garhmukteshwar. The Mobiliser / Counsellor will be responsible for engaging with the community to identify and mobilize individuals for skill development programs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach activities, counselling participants, coordinating with trainers, and monitoring the progress of enrolled candidates. The role also entails organising workshops and follow-ups to ensure participants' successful completion of the programs.

• Experience in counselling and providing career guidance

• Ability to monitor and track program participation and success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in skill development programs or the non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Human Resources, or related field
