Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for an EV Trainer located in Hyderabad. The EV Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on electric vehicle technology. Daily tasks include designing curriculum, preparing training materials, organizing hands-on training sessions, and assessing trainees' progress. The trainer will also stay updated with industry trends and incorporate the latest technology and practices into the training programs. Qualifications Experience in Electric Vehicle technology and training Skills in curriculum development and instructional design Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to assess and evaluate trainee progress Strong organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of current industry trends and practices Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field Experience working with underserved communities is a plus Show more Show less
