Content Quality & Delivery
- Ensure development and timely delivery of high-quality MCQ content and item banks +7apna.co+7 +1 +2 .
- Manage content review, objection resolution, and post-exam follow-up.
SME Coordination & Training
- Train and onboard Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Handle SME queries and maintenance of SME training resources +5 +6 .
Item Bank Management
- Plan, execute, and track item bank lifecycle: creation, acceptance, review, analysis, and maintenance dashboards +4 .
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with SMEs, content managers, operations teams, and payments.
- Provide item analysis and project status updates to senior leadership +11 .
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate post-exam reports and dashboards for project-wise item management and quality improvement strategies
