Roles & Responsibilities
l Oversee the day-to-day execution of interior design projects from concept to completion.
l Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress across design, drafting, and site teams.
l Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to maintain smooth workflow.
l Ensure all design deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
l Lead, mentor, and support the design and technical teams.
l Manage staff schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure a collaborative studio culture.
l Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of team members.
l Develop and enforce studio processes, templates, and documentation standards.
l Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and design quality benchmarks.
l Implement design tools, software updates, and digital resource management.
l Act as a key point of contact between clients and design teams.
l Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and approvals.
l Ensure client expectations are met through structured communication and regular updates.
l Manage studio resources including software licenses, design libraries, and office supplies.
l Ensure that all studio equipment and infrastructure are functioning smoothly.
l Maintain a clean, organized, and creative studio environment.
l Assist in budgeting, billing, and invoicing in coordination with the finance team.
l Track project profitability and studio operational costs.
l Support contract administration and documentation control.
l Review and approve key project documents, drawings, and presentations.
l Maintain consistency in design output and ensure alignment with the company’s brand and vision.
Conduct periodic design audits and feedback sessions.
Qualification
Bachelor's /Diploma in interior designing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
