Lighting Designer-Commercial Interior

Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative lighting designs for commercial interior projects. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to integrate lighting plans. Prepare lighting layouts, fixture schedules, and specifications. Select appropriate lighting fixtures and control systems based on project requirements and budget. Ensure compliance with local codes and sustainability standards. Produce 2D/3D visualizations and simulations to present lighting concepts. Coordinate with vendors and contractors during installation to ensure design intent is met. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in commercial interior lighting design. Strong understanding of lighting technologies, photometrics, and controls. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
