Studio Lead

As a Studio Lead at Hogarth, you will be responsible for leading a talented team in the Print Department. Your role will involve production planning, execution, and control of the print production team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality activities. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Shift production planning in close collaboration with the Team Leader/Project Manager - Leading all implementations within the team and ensuring jobs are completed within agreed timeframes and SLAs - Periodical reports to analyze the team's performance and planning capacity to handle spikes in demand - Involvement in recruitment and selection of team staff, appreciation, and enforcement of key policies - Demonstrating a clear understanding of brands, good artwork judgment, and effective communication with stakeholders - Monitoring and measuring team performance against KPIs and SLAs, and driving resolutions Qualifications required for this role include: - Management degree in Printing Technology or equivalent - Ten years" experience in an advertising agency, publishing, or design studio - Competency in key Creative Suite programs (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) to an advanced level - Working knowledge of Microsoft programs - Strong organizational, analytical, and numerical skills - Calm, professional, positive, and good-humored personality Hogarth is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a culture of respect and inclusion where everyone has equal opportunities to progress in their careers.
