Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Studio Lead, located in New Delhi. The Studio Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily studio operations, managing design projects, and leading a team of designers. The role involves coordinating with clients, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining high standards of design quality. The Studio Lead will also be involved in conceptualizing design ideas, reviewing design work, and conducting presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in architectural and interior design principles
• Project management skills, including budget and timeline management
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Relevant experience in the design industry is preferred
