Studio Lead

As a Studio Lead at Melange Studio, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end design process for multiple architecture and interior projects. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level team members, reviewing and refining concept presentations, technical drawings, and site coordination documents. You will also be expected to liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment and excellence, as well as manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables with a high degree of accountability. Qualifications Required: - 3-10 years of professional experience in architecture/interiors with a strong project leadership background - A portfolio showcasing both creative excellence and technical execution - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite; knowledge of Revit is a plus - Exceptional communication skills, both visually and verbally - Based in Delhi or willing to relocate At Melange Studio, you will have the opportunity to shape the creative direction of the studio and work closely with the founders.
