Job Description

Role Context

We are seeking a Business Leader with aproven track record of driving large-scale skilling initiatives across India,and successfully engaging with multiple stakeholders such as Government bodies,Vocational Education & Skill Development institutes, and Employers.

The individual should demonstrate strongcapabilities in identifying, launching, and scaling new business opportunitieswhile ensuring tangible outcomes and outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the national skilling initiativeend-to-end.

Drive both the supply & demand sideof the skilling ecosystem at scale.

Expand and nurture existing as well asnew accounts.

Ensure beneficiary outcomes and outputsare met consistently.

Identify, design, and implement tech-enabledbusiness models.

Build and manage high-performing teamswith strong leadership skills.

Establish and nurture networks ofemployers, trainers, and mentors to strengthen the ecosystem.

Skills & ExperienceRequired

10-15 years of experience in B2C,education, or skilling ecosystem.

Deep understanding of the VocationalTraining Providers (VTP)/Vocational Training Institutes (VTI) ecosystem and experienceworking with government agencies.

Strong business acumen, strategic &innovative thinking, and analytical rigor.

Demonstrated ability in data analytics,attention to detail, and outcome measurement.

Proven ability to leverage technologyplatforms and digital tools for scale.

Strong business development and accountmanagement skills.

Ability to make decisions in ambiguousenvironments with a strong sense of urgency.

Demonstrated skills in complex problemsolving and decision-making trade-offs.

Excellent team management and ability todrive teams toward objectives.

Open to extensive travel across thecountry.

Solid academic background.
