Student Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

The Student Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing the overall student experience by serving as the primary point of contact for students. The role involves handling student queries, monitoring academic progress, ensuring fee compliance, and fostering positive engagement between students and the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure a positive learning experience.
• Address and resolve student concerns, feedback, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of classes and student services.
• Monitor student attendance, academic performance, and course progression.
• Follow up on fee payments and ensure timely collections.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new students and guide them through institutional policies.
• Organize student engagement activities, events, and workshops to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on student feedback, grievances, and satisfaction levels.
• Support placement and career guidance initiatives in coordination with relevant teams.

• 7 years of experience in student relations, academic coordination, or customer service (preferably in an educational setup).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
