Student Recruitment Manager - India

• Implement student recruitment strategies in collaboration with college partners and in-market teams across India and South Asia.
• Represent Navitas at promotional events, fairs, and partner engagements.
• Conduct agent training, deliver student conversion activities, host information sessions, and manage enquiries.
• Generate detailed market insights, performance reports, and recruitment forecasts.
• Provide timely market feedback to shape future strategy.
• Develop strong relationships with students, parents, agents, University Partners, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate activity logs within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Support seamless execution of recruitment and administrative operations.
• Foster long-term partnerships to ensure ongoing success.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in sales within a target-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in student recruitment, adult education, or a related field, with strong knowledge of Middle East markets.
• Strong numerical literacy, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English (written and spoken).
• Resilience and adaptability to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required.
• Experience in the Higher Education sector is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
