We are seeking a candidate with 1+ years of experience in Agency Recruitment Management, with a strong understanding of industry trends to support strategic planning and forecasting for B2B Sales & Study Abroad.
• Developing and training education agents on effectively promoting the brand you represent.
• Sourcing agents through various channels such as fairs, business trips, inquiries, referrals, and general searches, in alignment with business development goals.
• Experience in recruiting international students using a B2B model is highly desirable.
• Proven success in identifying and nurturing potential business partners while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
• Conducting client research and engaging with influential industry figures.
• A highly motivated individual with a strong drive for success.
• Confidence in delivering workshops, presentations, and hosting conferences is essential.
