Student Outreach Manager

Role Summary:
Responsible for proactive field outreach and collaboration with polytechnic and engineering college managers to convince and enroll students into MNIT-MG’s industry-relevant upskilling programs. The role emphasises relationship-building, hands-on engagement, and achieving aggressive student intake targets.

Experience Required: 3-5 years in student recruitment/outreach roles for technical training or engineering education

Location: Field-based, focus on NSDC Institutions, Polytechnics and B.Tech colleges

Responsibilities:

• Visit and network with academic institutions in target regions
• Conduct info-sessions, workshops, and counseling
• Coordinate with institutional managers and placement officers
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly student enrollment targets
• Provide regular reports on outreach activities and enrollment status

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably engineering/technology)
• 3-5 years of relevant outreach experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
