Student Outreach Manager

The job holder will assist in the planning and recruitment activities of students and admissions for various products and services offered by TIG & its affiliated colleges/universities. This involves reaching out to candidates through school sessions, coaching center seminars, career fairs, data calling, chat, email, and prospective student walk-ins. Responsibilities: - Information assimilation - Counseling and recruitment assistance for students - Providing pre-admission counseling and guidance on the admission process - Following up and closing leads - Assisting students throughout the admissions process - Participating in admissions events as required - Handling telephone queries and converting leads into enrollments - Guiding students towards academic success and accountability - Achieving targets for new enrollments - Creating and submitting MIS reports - Maintaining data confidentiality - Generating walk-ins from telephonic leads, other sources, and referrals - Conducting counseling via data calling, chat, email, and prospective student walk-ins - Establishing school/tuition center tie-ups - Scheduling and conducting campus tours for prospective students and parents Required skills: - Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge (MS Office Excel, Word) - Strong interpersonal and coordination skills - Focus and target-oriented approach - Pleasant personality - Experience in the education sector will be beneficial.,
