About The Role
Eduport Academy is looking for dedicated and empathetic
Student Mentors
to support and guide enrolled students throughout their academic journey. This role is similar to that of a class teacher—
without teaching. The Student Mentor acts as the primary point of contact for students, ensuring they stay motivated, disciplined, and actively engaged with their courses.Mentors play a crucial role in student success by closely tracking progress, encouraging consistency, and providing timely support whenever students face challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a
primary academic support system
for assigned students after enrollment
Ensure Students Are
- Attending live classes regularly
- Watching recorded sessions
- Actively using the Eduport learning app
- Participating in tests, exams, and assessments
Monitor student progress, attendance, and engagement on a daily basisMotivate students to stay consistent and disciplined in their studiesAddress student queries, concerns, or difficulties and escalate academic or technical issues when requiredMaintain regular communication with students through calls, messages, or online platformsBuild strong mentor–student relationships to improve retention and learning outcomesMaintain accurate records and reports related to student activity and progress
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
- Female candidates only
- Graduation completed (any stream)
- Minimum 80% aggregate in 12th standard
- Strong communication skills (English and/or regional language)
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Required Skills & Qualities
- High level of empathy, patience, and responsibility
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to motivate and guide students consistently
- Basic proficiency with digital tools, apps, and online platforms
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple students simultaneously
