What You’ll Do: Shift-Based Student Oversight Student Management & Documentation Maintain and update student records, progress reports, and essential documents Assist with academic and administrative requirements. Class & Faculty Coordination Liaise between students and teaching faculty: schedule changes, resource requests, feedback loops Ensure classrooms are ready and attendance records are accurate Mentoring & Well-Being Support Act as an academic “big sibling”: boost confidence, listen to concerns, coach through setbacks Flag any student- or facility-related issues for prompt resolution Who You Are Comfortable with split shifts (early mornings & late evenings) Detail-oriented: meticulous with records and follow-up tasks Empathetic communicator: can build rapport quickly and de-escalate emotional situations Proven resilience: ready to support students through highs and lows of a repeat-year coaching program Prior experience in dorm supervision, tutoring, youth mentorship, or student support roles Able to commit to a minimum 6-month term (ideal tenure: 6+ months) Apply Only If… You thrive in a structured, rotational environment and stick to your shift schedule You’re passionate about student growth—academic and emotional—and ready to step in when they need you You have zero tolerance for paperwork backlogs and missed handovers Show more Show less
